U14 Girls FC

What a fantastic season 2024/2025 was for the U14 Girls FC, with a new coaching team and a number of players joining the team.

It’s been a pleasure to work with this talented and hard working group of girls, their team spirit, togetherness and willingness to compete on the pitch have yielded some great results and performances.

This year was the girls first season in competitive football, with the majority also playing in the Junior Premier League and they absolutely smashed it.  

The girls won the League 1 title by 12 points and added the Magenta shield, made it to the semi final of the league cup, losing to the eventual winners.

During the summer the girls entered a number of tournaments, placing 2nd in the Kings Hill Tournament and winning the Anchorians tournament. Next year we would love to enter some larger tournaments and play abroad. 

Our football philosophy is rooted in creating a positive and supportive environment where players can thrive both on and off the pitch. We aim for maximum engagement through structured training sessions and small-sided games, ensuring all players have ample opportunities to develop their skills. 

Communication and decision-making are integral to our coaching approach, empowering players to think critically, be creative, and make informed choices during matches.  Respect for others, sportsmanship, and a fun, safe atmosphere are fundamental to our team culture.
