Team Ethos
We play in the Crowborough & District Junior Football League U18A Division and focus on a building a strongly positive team culture. We are playing the strongest non academy junior football teams in the county week in, week out and we aspire to be one of the best teams in our area. The players have set themselves targets for the year as follows:
The 2024–25 season was a strong and eventful campaign for this Kings Hill team. The side showed no shortage of attacking flair and resilience, finishing with 17 wins, 2 draws, and 7 losses across all competitions, scoring an impressive 90 goals along the way.
The team finished 3rd in the league, just two wins away from securing the top spot—a remarkable achievement given the challenges of fixture congestion and school trips that regularly depleted the squad.
The standout success of the season was reaching the Faversham Trophies U15 League Cup Final at Princes Park Stadium, where they faced Welling United after a flawless cup run. Despite a spirited performance, the boys narrowly missed out, with Welling United emerging as winners. The match—and the entire cup journey—was a testament to the team’s determination and togetherness throughout the season.

COACHING STAFF
About Andrew
Playing football was a key part of my childhood and I was lucky enough to play District and Academy level for Stockport County. The highlight of my playing career was playing against a Blackburn Rovers Academy team in 1993 when Mike Newell was returning from injury and played in the game against us. The following season Blackburn won the Premier League. As a goalkeeper, I was privileged to have the best view of every game and I bring this experience into my coaching.
As a coach, I am a firm believer of football being an instrument of personal development. I am passionate about players developing resilience, determination, confidence and humility.
I have been actively involved in coaching Kings Hill FC teams for the past 8 years and I place great emphasis on players improving their passing, receiving and movement on and off the ball. A ‘total football’ approach is the aim.
